The Blues of Modern Lives: May Monthly Spread
Happy Thursday! May the fourth be with you. <3
In the middle of all things regarding procrastination and emotional turbulence, there's something soothing about trying to plan a monthly spread. Although in my case there seems to be a bit more panic than necessary because plenty of washi doesn't actually complement other rolls. That's a tragedy you have to accept wish with a tape collection, I guess--the nice thing is, though, the blues in my collection have been consistently pleasant to look at.
I think it's really touching that the university puts up all these events for their graduating seniors, and personally I just wish I had more of the spirit to attend events alone more often. I prefer going at my own pace, although I do appreciate the company of friends, so that's a difficult thing to balance within school-related events. But I mean, we're getting charged to fund them, so might as well go!
Washi included: floral pattern is from Michael's, as is the circular one; the sticker is from a snow globe sticker flake pack from Ebay; the sky washi came from a collection located at Amazon.
The thin blue washi tape is from MT, specifically the thinner pack. Doodles are courtesy of Staedtler pens, as they always are. Miscellaneous fruit toast is actually cut out from a fruit tape washi courtesy of papricots. :)

This gorgeous gold foil washi tape is also courtesy of papricots. Fun fact: I actually had a nightmare about this exact roll selling out, so I bought it as soon as it was available. I don't regret the purchase at all, check out their store on etsy! They really do have a way with vibrant, fun colors.
For the most part, I know everyone's worried about the news regarding healthcare. I have anemia, I have asthma, it's ridiculous enough. And it's a hard day to day existence we seem to be living, so if you need to take a break, please do so, just fight back when you can. Know that I love you. Know that you are loved.
Keep resisting. Keep breathing. Take care.
Yours Sincerely,
Dianne
